Following an intensive five-day Training of Trainers on REFLECT, representatives/facilitators from four communities; Bhalumara (Marin Rural Municipality), Chayachitti (Hariharpurgadi Rural Municipality), Methinkot (Namobuddha Municipality), and Panityanki (Dhulikhel Municipality) have successfully held their first REFLECT sessions. Local government representatives, ward officials, and community leaders were present to support and motivate the women’s groups as they embark on this important journey of collective empowerment and action toward building resilient, inclusive communities and amplifying women’s voices in addressing local challenges.
