We successfully concluded the provincial-level consultation in Hetauda, Bagmati Province, focusing on advancing GEDSI-responsive and inclusive Climate Smart Villages and policy frameworks.
Highlights of the Workshop:
Round-table discussions with local governments and multi-stakeholders. Exploring opportunities and challenges of Climate Smart Villages through a GEDSI lens. Strengthening frameworks to ensure gender-responsive and inclusive climate actions.Participants included farmers, women’s groups, municipality representatives from five municipalities, and key provincial stakeholders, including ministries and NGOs.
