Clim Adapt invites applications from reputed manufacturers, authorized dealers, and service providers for enlistment in our Official Vendor Roster for the Fiscal Year 2025/26 – 2026/2027.
Interested parties are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the following categories:
Categories of Goods/Services:
- Stationery & Office Supplies (A4 paper, pen, toner, etc.)
- IT Equipment (Laptop, Printer, Projector and LED Screen etc.) & Software Maintenance
- Printing & Branding Services (Banner, Flex, ID Card, Letter pad, Report book etc.)
- Furniture & Interior Décor (Office Table, Chair, Meeting Table, T-Table etc.)
- Hotel & Event Management (Training, Workshop and meeting)
- Vehicle services (Jeep, Bus)
- Consultant (trainer, researcher, Auditor etc.)
Mandatory Documentation:
- Valid Company/Firm Registration Certificate.
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest fiscal year.
- PAN/VAT Registration Certificate.
- Brief Company Profile with a list of major clients.
