The Annual General Meeting was successfully organized on 16th August 2026 as an important platform to review the organization’s overall performance, progress, and financial status during the fiscal year 2082/83, while also setting priorities for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/84. The board members, general members, and the executive team reflected
on the organization’s achievements, implementation progress, strategic positioning, and key areas of improvement. The discussions also highlighted key lessons, challenges, and areas for improvement to strengthen the organization’s effectiveness and accountability.

In addition, the plans, priorities, proposed activities, and budget for the upcoming fiscal year were also discussed, allowing participants to share their perspectives, provide inputs, and collectively identify the way forward for the organization in the coming fiscal year. The Annual General Meeting therefore served as a space for reflection, accountability, informed decision-making, and collective planning for the organization’s future direction and priorities.

Dr. Binod Chapagain and Dr. Shiva Prasad Paudel endorsed as members of the Board of Directors, along with other general members.
